"I served as President and CEO of BSH Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group for North America from 2008 thru 2014. During this period Michael Toedter in his capacity as Vice President Corporate Sales emerged as one of the driving forces at BSH Global Headquarters for a BSH internal Program called „Digital Transition“. Under this umbrella the worldwide activities of BSH Home Appliances Group for digital issues related to Sales, Marketing and After Sales Service were bundled with the objective to master the challenges and opportunities related to the digitalisation. Thanks to Michael’s cooperative but at the same time very forceful leadership style my team worked very closely together with Michael’s team at the Global HQ, striving for a homogenous approach that still left sufficient room for flexibility in the sales regions.
